the deal is about to break or you're about to lose the house of your

there, but we're different. We have our own in-house legal team with
advanced processes in place that help us react quickly to your
situation.

customers, including solicitors, brokers and private individuals are
amazed at the simplicity of the whole process. If you need a bridging
loan and you need it fast then you need a lender you can trust to
deliver on time. Can we do that?
We 'can do':
- Lend up to 75% loan to value (LTV). Higher LTVs may be available as exceptions.
- Our minimum loan amount is £10,000 up to a £5million maximum.
- Our rates are flexible and vary according to the circumstances of the application.
- Offer letter within hours.
- All our products are transparent with no hidden charges.
- Our loans are unrestricted and can be used for any legal purpose that you require.
- Self-declaration of income.
- County Court Judgments, defaults etc. are not a problem. We look at each case on its own merits.
